Your dancewear choice/s
BLING Costum Dancewear is custom made & chosen by you. Once paid for we can accept no change of mind for material/fabric and style. We have provided a very thorough sizing chart so please choose your size carefully before ordering. If your dancewear is too small or doesn't fit properly, please contact us, we will do the best we can to rectify the problem for you. Bling Dancewear is a small business which caters to personal choices. We love that you can have your own choice of dancewear but we cannot guarantee that someone won’t select the same combination.
Costum Made orders and pre orders.
Please be responsible and be sure that you are eligible for costum at time you order a costum made design.
Fabric availability
Bling´s maintains business relationships with reliable and reputable suppliers for materials, fabrics and haberdashery. However we cannot guarantee that every fabric shown on our website is available at the time of purchase. If you have ordered a fabric which has become unavailable we will make contact with you and discuss a time frame and/or a suitable second choice.
Pricing & Invoicing

Costum Sketches as a fixed 120usd price except if differently agreed directly with our fashion designer.

Bling Dancewear reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice. Production of order will commence once payment is made in full. If your invoice has not been paid in 14 days your order will be cancelled. You will be notified if your order has been cancelled.

All international orders may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered.
Gift Vouchers
Bling Dancewear offers Gift Vouchers at any value, available to purchase through their website. Your GIFT VOUCHER will be sent to you via email shortly after purchase.
Cancellations
No order cancellations can be made once your order is placed and paid . If you need to cancel we would appreciate contact as within 15 days after order payment, after that no refunds will be accepted.
Orders remaining unpaid after 14 days will be discarded. We will notify you of a cancellation.
An order will only be cancelled if it has been agreed upon by both parties.
Orders & Deliveries: including Domestic & International Shipping
We would like to make your shopping experience with us as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. If you have any questions in regards to ordering or a purchase you have made, please feel free to email or call us and we will do our best to assist you with your enquiries.

All orders are in Dollars , we are happy to give costume & dancewear quotes to international customers in their preferred currency.

Production of your order will commence once payment is made in full unless arranged otherwise.

Please allow plenty of time for your order to be created & shipped. We are happy to work to quick turn around times but you must be wary that we can't always accommodate these requests during busy times.

all orders will be sent via standard POST & we will provide you with a register number via PayPal after your order has been shipped.

All International Orders are sent via Standard International Post via CTT Post & we will provide you with a tracking number via PayPal after your order has been shipped. We also provide a DHL Courier 3/4 Day Shipping Service upon request. This is time of shipping, does not include production time.

During our busy sale periods please allow up to 3.5-4weeks s for your order to be made & shipped. 5+ items in your order will take longer.
- International Orders will be received approximately 8-12 days after shipment unless DHL 3/4 day expedited shipping has been purchased.

BLING Dancewear does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives.

We must have correct and complete addresses, including a name and a contact phone number on your order. We will confirm your address with you before dispatching your order.

Delivery will be charged/quoted based on order requirement. At BLING you shouldn’t have to pay for heavy/large parcel delivery cost if your order is small.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand selecting the right style and size online can be a hard decision. As BLING Dancewear is custom made and chosen by you, we are unable to accept change of mind in material/fabric, style & size invoiced once your payment is made. Refunds and Exchanges are only given through our terms (* & **) hereunder. Please select your dancewear & size carefully, so you will not be disappointed. We are happy to receive measurements from customers to ensure the best fit possible for you. Please contact us for any queries you have before ordering.
* Refunds
BLING Dancewear will provide a full refund for any item ordered & paid for of which materials/fabrics cannot be sourced and no alternative is acceptable, this will only happen with pre made designs an online stock items.We will also provide a refund on shipping if you wish to pick-up your order. We will also fully refund an order if the turn around time isn't achievable for BLING, please allow plenty of time for your order to be created & shipped.
** Faulty Item
Should your BLING item be faulty, we are happy to accommodate you in any way possible. Please contact us to discuss your options.
BLING Dancewear reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by BLING Dancewear a replacement item will be shipped where possible (subject to fabric availability) or a full refund on invoice paid will be issued.
Please note:

Bling Dancewear will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.

If for some reason our quality control team missed a garment fault, we will gladly provide you a free exchange or repair.

Customers will be responsible for any return shipping and handling charge.

To clarify:

GST/VAT Duty/Taxes: These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly. Our policy requires that this information be provided to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.

Return Processing: Without this information, we cannot proceed with the return. Please fill out the required section and resubmit the form.

In the event that your return product is lost in transit, BLING Dancewear will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send your return via Registered Post/Tracked Postage.

We ask that you allow 8\12 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited where this is necessary.

All returns must be sent back to the address below. We will email confirmation upon receipt.

We do not accept exchange or refund for 'change of mind' so please choose your outfit carefully.

We will always send an order confirmation email asking you to check over/reconfirm your order to make sure it's correct before production begins. As everything is made to order; we prefer not to have to remake items again as the incorrect size was ordered etc. We will only exchange if we have made the error.

We must have receipt evidence that the original item being returned is on its way before sending out the replacement.

However, each 'return' situation needs to be discussed via email before returning.
We will provide a return address when necessary.
